Healthy connections course

  I’ve been enjoying doing lots of fun games and learning about healthy connections in my new course. This week I dressed up in a costume. I always have lots of fun and there is something new to do each week! 

2023! Blaze fitness

 I’m happy to be back at the centre with my friends for 2023. I tried out a new gym called ‘Blaze fitness’ this week. It was great with lots of new different equipment to try out. I’m looking forward to going again. My favourite was the stair climber it got my legs moving.
