Drama play

I play d the Pied Piper in the drama play this week. We sang "Dont go breaking my heart", "The Macarena" and did the "Chicken Dance".

SPCA visit

I was lucky enough to go to the Greerton SPCA for the afternoon to the education centre there. The lovely animal education officer, Ali taught me some important information on animal welfare and I got to play with a cute foxy puppy.......

Learning through discovery

We have learning to make our own kites over the last couple of weeks. Yesterday we finished them and got to go and fly them. They went really high up. We learnt that Fergerson park is the best park in N.Z to fly kites.

We had an photographer visit us at Wilrose to tell us about all the places that he has been to and all the animals that he has taken photos of. It was so interesting and he even got me up to help him. He spoke about whales and all sorts of wild life. I really enjoyed it.
